Charged without accepting answer and cancellation request refused

Just Answers asked for my credit card information before assisting me and followed it up with another deal. I asked them for an answer for my B60 Keurig maker. I received a stupid answer after 15 minutes and they took my money without me accepting answer and when I wanted to cancel they would not accept, now I am not sure they have cancelled my card. (Personal Information Removed)
