I ordered a channel master 9521/a digital antenna rotator from circuitsn'things.com. It was my understanding that it would 7 to 10 business days for this to arrive at my address. Digital cadence was the one that took the money from my bank account. My son had ordered the same item & had done several online chats with them. At one time he was told the item was no longer available & that his money would be refunded, that was 2 months ago. I cancelled my order & was also told that my money would be refunded in 7 to 10 business days. To this day we haven't heard any more about this. Nor have we received our money back. We also received e-mails from symiron llc about this matter.
