Ripoff overcharged took money twice didnt deliver goods cant get to speak to anyone

Ordered PSP and digital camera was charged twice for PSP and overcharged on both orders digital camera never arrived so cancelled still waiting for PSP looks like that wont arrive either am cancelling order 2/12 hopefully will get all money back but keeping fingers crossed they keep saying money will be refunded in 7-10 days have been waiting 21 days already
