On Sunday August 14, the wife and I had company over all day. Early evening after dinner we decided to play cards and watch TV and we had no cable and no sound on the TV.in further checking our bedroom TV which has the same box as the livingroom TV has on it was doing the same problem. We called customer service who tried to jump start the boxes which did not work. We asked for a technician to come out to get boxes. They could not send out a technician until the following Tuesday. It so happened that one of my guest was a technician for Time Warner. This person was out of work jurisdiction so nothing could be done. This person is on call every 5 weeks for service problems just like ours even on Sunday. This person even talked to customer service who still could not get a technician out to service our problem Why is it so different from different locations for Time Warner? What happen to customer satisfaction? If a Time Warner employee can't get a technician out how can the customer who has real service problems? Especially when this is a repeat of a problem that supposively got resolved. Very, very, dissatisfied customer.
