I was reading the scam on direct tv so i called about my 300.00 deposit hung up on the first time, then the next rude supervisor said if you are threaten legal would hang up. I was told when i signed up i would receive my deposit back after a year and or 5.00 off each month with a two year contact it's been 18 months so i called he said no you get 5.00 dollars off each month. I said i had a two year contract and not really happy with your company, so how will i get my money, he told me my money would stay with direct tv. Now i am in shock they can get away with this or even want to make such a bad name for them selfs.
