Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

I odered the internet CD and was told it would charge my Visa$6.95

After 10 days I was charged $69.95 I called and was told that I would get a refund in 10-15 days. Haven't received any refund.

Also the information on the CD was not useful to me. I knew everything that was on the CD.

Even the TV ads say, TRY my product and if you are not satisfied then I'll even refund the shipping charges.
Ripoff.
