My friend and I were having a tea at our Queenston Road - hamilton location when a girl came in with a green thong and some green body paint and ordered food. This girl was immediately in front of me waiting for food with her buttocks completely exposed. This was a Sat am 9:30 (children present).

I have never had a problem in any of your locations regarding your quality control or cleanliness. I found this to be completely offensive and unhygenic. I would hope your staff would refuse service if this were to happen again No shirt no service should also cover bare backsides. I have a photo as I felt no one would believe that this happened. I left immediately. Thank you for taking this complaint and I hope no one else has this experience.
