Extremely long wait time - customer service

Went into this Burger King location around 9am for breakfast. There was only one person who ordered in front of me inside and there was only 2 cars in drive thru. I ordered a breakfast combo for dine in. After waiting 15 minutes, I had to go up to the counter to ask the manager for my order. The person bagging food had cleared my order from the screen and just left my food sitting there. I was given my food with a half hearted apology. Needless to say may food was completely cold, not even luke warm by then. I love Burger King and this new location is just across the street from my home, but will probably not be frequenting this location.
