Ripoff sold us garbage lots

I purchased 2 parcels of land through Great American Properties I honestly thought they were a reliable company, after awhile when I would receive letters from the company Every month there was a different name of the president first gayle york the her husband's name then there business partner.

Then I spoke to a Real Estate friend of mine who told me being that they retained the mineral rights they were known in real estates circles as garbage lots. He told me that I was wasting my money. So I stopped sending the payments, Great American Properties didn't send me ay type of notice that they were taking the property back. Over the years it has bothered me that they were allowed to get away with it.

What I paid into them what was really all the land was worth. Also they said that they owned the land not true appearently Mr. Melby has owned the land for the past 25years and that great american prooperties was the sub-developer. Great American Properties was nothing but a pie in the sky scam. I feel they should be held accountable and that anyone who did business with them should get every cent of there hard earned money back.
