Tickets now (worthless!)

I purchased Rascal Flatts tickets on April 24 for a scheduled show of Sept. 9.
I paid $491.333 for these tickets.
I also had to book plane fair and hotel for Virginia Beach because this is where the show was being help which was another $1,000.00 dollars
We landed in VA Beach on Sept. 7th and on Sept. 9th the scheduled show we called the front desk of the hotel to ask for a driver to take us to and from the Rascal Flatts show. The hotel stated I don't think Rascal Flatts is in town.
We called the Tickets Now where I purchased these tickets and they stated I don't know let me get back to you. So all day on my vacation I was going back and forth with Tickets Now - finally they said oh the show was rescheduled and in July you missed it.
After I explained everything to them and I was in VA now and all the money I sank in they also stated you must have received an email or call the show was changed I stated I did not receive anything that is why I am in VA now and out of a lot of money. They said if I mailed the original tickets back to them and prove I did not use them they would give me a full refund. I went to Fed-Ex that day tracking number #791275746307 and spend another $20.00 dollars for priority mail to receive the next day.

I tracked the tracking number and they received the original tickets. This was all back in Sept. I also called my credit card company to state what was going on. I got a refund back in September so I thought I was all set. Now I get a letter from my credit company they were reissuing the charges back to me credit card.
I am beside myself i cant believe this is how they do business. This is totally unacceptable and i am looking for a resolution on this as you promised back in september. I did everything you asked me to do. I am already out of pocket total $1500,00 dollars for a concert i never got to see...
