Tickets in Time is a Rip off, I purchased two Taylor Swift tickets for the Philadelphia's show on Aug 5th. I purchased these tickets back on 12-3-10, for both my daughters birthdays. I paid $252.00 for the tickets. I have been calling this company monthly and getting the run around, by different individuals with accents, not from the good old USA!

I have been repeatedly told that my tickets have not arrived and when they do they will send them to me. At one time back on May 9th I was told by "Curt" that he would upgrade my tickets. STILL WAITING

Now as you can see the concert is less then a month away and I have not received these tickets. I just got off the phone with "Jason" who again stated my tickets have not arrived and he can not give me a date of their arrival. When asked for a refund... Well you know the answer to that! Not gonna happen. I must be calling a shack in the third world.

Now others who have purchased there tickets from other brokers have had their tickets for months. How is it that a company like this can still be up and running knowing full well that they are fraudulent and that my daughters will not be going to a concert that they were dreaming about for months and to boot I am out the above money, as FIA VISA said that I had to report this 60 days after the transaction. Well WTF 60 days after the transaction I thought I was still going to receive my tickets.
