I had ordered numismatic gold & silver coins costing approximately $12,000.00. I did not choose the coins to be shipped to me, but relied upon swiss america to supply
coins valued to the amount that i wanted to spend.

They chose coins having a total value, they said, in the amount of $11,913.00. They insisted that i send the money by wire transfer, which i did.

When i received their shipment, i did not agree that i had received the value of the money that i had wired to them. I returned the total shipment to them by registered and insured mail, and called them to say that i wanted a full refund. I told them that i was a senior citizen and i could not afford to lose money.

They refused to return my money and said they would refund only $8,670. The difference is $3,243.00 shown above. I believe i deserve a full refund.
