I contacted Richard Blundell trading as GSK
LTD (a dissolved company) on the 14/09 for
a valuation on some Gold Coins, Rare Notes
and a stamp collection belonging to my wife
and I which he valued at £9000.00 He
subsequently sent my wife purchase invoices
from 'we buy any coins limited' dated
24/08 and 18/09 but to date has only
returned us goods to the value of £484.00 and
refuses to pay us the outstanding balance or
return the goods saying that I have committed
to buying 1 ounce pure silver coins from him
indefinitely, which is not true I merely
accepted a few coins as part payment because
he had not paid us for such a long time. On
investigation, I found out that Mr Blundell
had previously dissolved a company owing his
creditors £276,000.00 and was a disqualified
company director for not keep sufficient
accounting records which meant his creditors
had no way of recovering their valuables.
Furthermore, he had previously been taken to
court for refusing to pay and been found
guilty.
