Won't send refund

I returned an order of coins for a refund. They received the coins on Dec 7 and I still haven't received my refund. I was told by Jim Sears that the coins were already sold to another buyer yet i still have not received my refund. He has told me twice that my refund was being processed. Still no refund. Will not respond to emails or answer the phone. Beware!!!
