Refused to refund 1000.00 dollars. For returned coins

I bought 1000.00 dollars worth of coins from mikes coins. After the coins arrived they were such poor quality that i contacted mike lavanga, and he said if i returned them he would give me a full refund. I returned the coins, he aknoldged recipt of the coins. But keeps puting me off on the refund, and will not answer e-mails.
