We bought a Trane unit from this company in 2006. It has not been anything but trouble. This summer alone we have had them out numberous times and they cannot seem to fix the unit. They refuse to replace it. It is now 94 degrees in our house, my husband is 89 years old and very sick. We have had to go to a hotel numerous night because we cannot stay in our house. This is very distressing to him because he needs rest during the day and cannot rest in a motel room. We have called the company and they send workers out but for some reason PLEASE HELP AS WE DO NOT KNOW WHERE ELSE TO GO. This is an emergency
