Rip off will not pay what he owes

This is pritty bad, another so called go to church, supose to be christan well this is another one that will not pay me what he owes me. I did my work on time everytime, turned one week notice i was leaving clean out the truck put back in same spot i got it from turned all my paper work in ask when i can get my last pay he told me he would pay me friday next week friday, well next week never came around and neither did my pay, tryed to call he would not answer my calls back or even try to pay me what he owes me. I am out aabout 800.00 dollars here, the trk brk down in south carlina in the middle of the road way he did not have the money to pay for it i had to. What a bunch of crap. The third company i wont even go there that was the biggest joke of them all, will not pay tolls, over wight, scales tickets, or anything you do to try to make it better.
