JPR Trucking won't pay me for the 2 weeks I drove a truck OTR for them

I drove these people truck for them for 2 weeks. Their truck kept breaking down, no air, tires were bad. But i have a family so i had to work. My wife found me another job on week 2, so i told them that when i got in on saterday of week 2. The man that owns the company checked the truck said ok. That he knew that i had to find something with insurance.

I tried to get my check they said they didnt have it, it didnt come in the mail. So monday was a holiday so on tuesday my wife went down their to get my check and J. P the owner looked at my wife and said you dont know who you are messing with, she noticed he had a beer in his hand so she slowly turned around and walked out for her safety.

On tuesay she called them back 3 more times they wont answer the phone and they wont return calls. So now they cant say that the mail aint ran cause this is days later.
We have send them a certified letter, and now have to file a civil suite in the courts in henry county.

I work for my pay checks. They just wont pay i have put a ad in the paper in my town to see if they have done this before. I want people to know how these people are.
No one works their butt off and do it for free.
