Trading online website ro man ordered items they have no supplier for, internet

Ordered piping and tubing online from ro man, itmes shown as in stock via website, waited a few weeks, tried calling them and you never get an answer what ever day or time you call, customer service is useless. Finally got an email back two weeks later saying pipe had been ordered in incorrect and would be with me by end of next week. 4 weeks after order sent thorough complaint to find they hadnt even ordered the pipe in which was supposed to be in stock anyway. Got another email saying there supplier is not sure if they can get hold of it and it would be with them by thursday friday so another weeks gone and telling me they are getting it but saying there supplier may not be able to??? So if they get it thruday friday that will be 5 weeks and then i wont get it that week so into week 6 all for some pipe. Bloody useless bunch of idiots. Wont give any compensation just want to give refund but i want pipe not the money.
