Vacation Station

Our family had been planning this reunion for awhile. A cousin had used this company the year before. I mailed them a 200.00 was aware you couldn't get your deposit back. My city was struck by a tornado, not to disapoint my gran, I paid the other 295.00. While corresponding with vacation station, was told I could get my security deposit back when they came to pick up the camper.

I was to be the last person to get their camper. I got there at 3;00 on time. I had paid for a space for the camper to be parked, the wrong camper was in my spot. A few of us were to be there 4 days, my aunt had ants all in her camper, so we were calling with no avail. After 4hrs the driver came with my camper, which had not been cleaned. I had to do a walk through, so I wrote comments, the bathroom was nasty, floors were nasty. He applogized, saying the owner had used it an hadn't cleaned it. So I gave him five 100.00 dollar bills still, jokingly saying I wanted the same ones back when he came to pick up the camper Monday. That's when I was informed it would have to be mailed to me. I told him that's not what I was told. We had been trying to call Vacation Station, the calls gets them on the first ring, and was told to bring the camper back if I didn't want it with no refund.

My daughter used the restroom, water went everywhere, couldn't flush or shower without water everywhere. Tried calling Vacation Station, still no answer. I video it, we had to use the public facilities the whole trip. Everybody left Sunday, it was 8 of us that rented from them everybody had problems and left early.

I was still hoping an praying to get my vacation money back. I still haven't talked to anyone at Vacation Station. I call everyday, hopefully we'll here something soon. My cousin's a district attorney out there. Be careful with Vacation Station, they'll talk to you till they get your CASH!
