Poor customer service

In may i purchased a new 2010 dutchmen camper from camping world in rochester ny. I gave a cash deposit on the unit we stood in, and was told that the identical twin was in the bath ny store. When the store delivered the camper to our campsite in the thousand islands, it was a different camper from that i had purchased. I tried the next day to cancel payment on the check but it had already cleared the bank. I made arrangements for the company to make all the necessary changes to make the camper the same one i had purchased. They never completed their end of the agreement.in late summer, the camper developed a leak in the living room slide section, and they bagreedm to return the camper to bath for repairs. While there over the winter, the hot water tank blew because theyn had not winterized it.in april i placed the camper in consignment seeking my money back. It has been there since oct and i recently learned that the camper has been stripped ofnumerous items, such as lights, doors drawers, etc. I made numerous complaints to their headquarters in kentucky, customer service, and have never received a word in response to my complaints
