The Great Holiday Toy Sale

11/7/10 got catalog in my Sunday paper. Needed a toy for a birthday party that day. Immediately went out to Targets/Glenway Ave. Cinti. Ohio. Took 30 min of looking/couldn't find it. Got a worker / she had to get her book/she couldn't find it/found out didn't have it and she didn't know if you ever did. This is the fourth time this has happened to me and not always with toys. False advertising. Went to customer service she gave me a card with a # to call Guest Services. 11/8/10 called/got India and a gal I could not understand. Took 20 min of my time and in the end she disconnected me. Called back/another guy from India. He took information and all he could say was "sorry". I asked to speak to supervisor—STUPIS ME—she was also in India. Took information again (3rd time) and said as soon as merchandise came in she would send it to store&amazing as she didn't even ask me what store. Here is what I resent - all— my time&FALSE ADVERTISING—the fact that I am in USA/I am calling a USA store / I have to struggle to understand the people at Guest Services when I have many a friend who need jobs here in USA who I could understand faster and a lot better.
For me it is know more shopping at Targets and I know for sure my husband who was furious will never drive me there again. I also told everyone at the birthday party about the False Advertising and they all had a story to tell about that.
