06/27 I order AC Cooler and receive this at 07/06 unfortunately lower speed was out of order that's why I sent it back to seller next day 07/072011 Label#03110240000066263400 via USPS Member ID of seller is: d-is-on idem #120730133220 Pay Pal Transaction ID #71V91468Y8064230B Clam by Pay Pal seller declined. Now I nave no idem no refund. This is not trade, but confiscation money. I need your assistance please. Thank you Michael Ivanov.
