RIPOFF I bought and paid for an item they have not proven has ever shipped and can't give me a good tracking numbe

I bought a used Phillips DVR on ebay from this seller and paid right away. After 10 days and no contact from this seller I emailed and ask for the shipping information. Heard nothing.

After 21 days I contacted Pay Pal and the seller gave a tracking number but that number was only for an order for a label to be created from USPS and that was 10 days previous. USPS has no record of this item being shipped and the shipper, soccers-the-bomb, has told me to find it myself.

They are not trying to be helpful and I feel they have ripped me off and I should have looked at their selling record before I purchased anything from them. I bought and Paid for this itme on the 2nd of January. Pay Pal has started an investigation into this and I hope this bad seller gets whats coming to them,, nothing.
