I order from Internet www.mypopcornmachine.com a idem. I never receive. They never answer the phone. One time a gentlemen tell me they call me back and they found to send the idem in a few days. I sent them a few emails, I call them, never, never they don't answer the phone. They charge me over 300 $ and I ask them if they don't have the idem to put the money back. I don't receive the idem, they don't gave me money back in my credit card. Please I need help. This make me fell very bad, I never going to bye from Internet. Stai away from this company my pop corn machine
