Customer Service - HP desktop compute

Store employees lied about both printer @home being compatible to new HP computer after I specifically asked if it would work. Also lied to regarding all date/programs transferred from old computer to the new, except games. Never advised that I would have to purchase microsoft word seperately due to inability to download to new unit. I therefore now, due to no printer nor inability to attach resumes to emails or copy/paste to employment applications, unable to continue job seeking online.
