Did not tell me the real rates that would be charged AFTER the special ended.in fact, they lied and said I would be locked in for a basic cable rate once the special was over. I only had basic cable. Sadly, when the special was over, I STILL ONLY HAD BASIC CABLE but I was charged and billed for leaving them for giving me premium package rates. Companies like this ruin our credit scores when we don't play ball and it sucks.
