Time Warner Cable Deceptive Marketing - TIME WARNER CABLE

I ordered a bundled package from TWC for son's college apartment that said it included Basic TV and Internet. The installation was performed on Saturday, 8/4. After the technician left I noticed that I was only getting a few channels and not the basic line-up for my area. When I called Time Warner I was informed that my package did not include the basic line-up for my area. Is it not deceptive marketing for TWC to offer something called basic TV that doesn't include the basic line-up? Since when does basic not equal basic. After escalating my call to the manager on duty I was informed that it would take up to 6 business days to research my internet order to see if there was anything they could do. I suppose by then I will be out of their period where I can cancel with no penalty. This is my 3rd property with TWC installed and I'm ready to fire them at all locations and got to Dish or U-Verse.
