Had bid on and won a Computer connection cable on May 13. Item was to be shipped in 15-20 days. Notified angelsupplier88 on June 17 that I had yet to receive item. Angelsupplier88 stated "Thanks for your email.
As we all know that International shipping requires more complicated shipping procedures, such as both countries customs, transit stations etc., it will probably take longer time for your items to arrive at the final destination. Much Appreciate for your understanding on this uncontrollable matter.
In order to resolve the challenges you are facing, would you like to accept a replacement (Sending another item to you)?
It would be much appreciated if you don't leave us any negative/neutral feedback or open a dispute on eBay/PayPal since we have tried the best to assist you to resolve the challenges.

I replied back "I will accept a replacement item. Will leave positive feedback once received. Thank you for your attention to this matter.".
On June 19, angelsupplier88 responded "Thank you for your kindly understanding. Sorry for the inconvenience taken to you.
The replacement will be sent within 48 hours, Usually it will take 10-25 days. Hope this time the package could arrives shortly and in good quality. Please kindly wait and keep us informed once the item arrives.

On July 9th, I messaged angelsupplier88 to check on status and stated that I had yet to receive item.

I have yet to hear back and have not received a credit or replacement item. I decided to file a claim through ebay, only to find out that you only have 45days to file a claim. How convenient for angelsupplier88. Not only do I have no way to get my money or item, I am also unable to leave feedback, as that expires after 45days as well.

Being a new buyer on ebay, I'm thankful that this mistake has only cost me 2.50.
