Had a driver problem. Was told by individual that he could fix it. Got me going so deep into my system that I believe that even he was unaware of what he was doing. Said to click 0n ACCEPT to authorize Charge. I never clicked on it but he charged my card anyway... Asked Visa if there was some way to hold charges until item was satisfactorly delievered. Was told NO!!! Charge is approved by VISA before the order has started to process. Visa and like card companies need to inprove their system to protect buyers from being scammed...
