I received an alert from my bank, via text that my account was overdrawn. When I checked my account online, I saw the debit from this company whom I have never dealt with. I contacted the number provided (800) 685-9354. What you get is an automated voice asking for a 16 digit 'account number' which I don't have since I don't have an account with them, and/or give your SSN, which I won't give. You cannot go on with the call unless you give them your social security number!!! Sure, let me give you more info on me!!! I do remember a scam like this happening to me about 4 years ago, but the bank caught it before they took money out. As of now, thanks to this 'company' my account is overdrawn 90dollars, and other payments will be returned. The bank has informed me that nothing can be done until Monday when the debit 'officially' goes through.
