TADD Auction (Genuine dishonest crooks)

This company does large volume sales on Ebay. They have a 98 positive rating, but only because they do such a high volume. They buy used hardware by the truckload and then auction it off item by item. If you are one of the people that receives non-working item, they will do nothing to resolve the problem. The customer service only exists to try and minimize the amount of negative feedback. They told me that a refund had already been issued. When it never arrived, I contacted them again... Now they just ignore me.
