Robert Bonish dishonest ripoff paid for item on eBay returned broke item won't send refund. Mistreated and ripped off

I won this item in ebay action. Onkyo stereo receiver/excellent condition, works perfectly, as described in auction page. Sent a money order and received item. Did not work. Took item to repair shop and was given estimate to repair stereo. 150.00 dollars without labor. I've been had. So I put negative feedback on the party feedback page and then received email stating I should have contacted him. He expresses, he didn't know it didn't work and would refund my money when he receives item back and negative feedback removed. He has received item, I paid return shipping, but can't get feedback removed. I'm out 134.95 stereo, 20.00 for shop estimate, 41.00 return shipping. Have not received an email or dime from this dishonest seller.
