This place is a nightmare! You have to sign a contract to receive any discounts, which they debit fromy our account every month. This "contract" I was told can be canceled at any time and you will receive a refund for the month canceled. Also, you still have to pay fron ANY service when use their services. I tried to cancel over the phone and was told I could not do that I had to do it person, fine. I went to do it person and one of the never-ending-new-high school aged-employees told me "the ummm manager handles that.., " and he was not there nor did he want to be contacted. I left my name and was NEVER contacted. This place is a scam and very expensive... Do not go here!
