This place is an absoulte scam. I went in to buy my wife a tanning package. After getting the dime tour the girl tried to pull a fast one on me and have me sign a 2 year contract, oddly enough in the dime tour no contracts were mentioned. I pay attention to what I sign. I end up signing a one year aggrement at $48/month.

My wife went in to tan a few days later and was up sold by same girl (who later was fired) "$5/month which included better tanning options"

The next month we were billed over $65. When I called the customer service line to ask what was going on, I was told my wife agreed / signed a 2 year contract at $65 a month. I asked them to send me a copy of the signed contract. I was told 7-10 days. 14 days later after not receiving my copy I called and was told they still could not find it. Somehow this did not surprise me. So guess what 7-10 more days and I will have it.

This has gone on for almost 60 days and still no copy of the contract. The last time I called I was told that my accout had been given to another represenative and it would be 7-10 more days... Wow. When I call, I am only able to speak with one person. Odly enough each time, I am speaking with the manager and get no resolution.

This place is the biggest scam with absolutely zero ability to solve any problem. I am tempted to get my lawyer involved just to prove a point. They are arguing over $12/month and will not budge. Who would ever want to do business with a company that deals this way. Not only can they not prove that my wife signed the contract but they will not budge from the monthly price. I even told them if they would just lower it back to the original $48 we would continue to do business there and forget this confusion.

Total Rip-Off and Scam artists!!! Do not do business with them anywhere!
