The very first conversation i had with their rep was "is there any hidden charges at all"? Their answer was a diffinate "no", i even said hold on for one minute i am recording this conversation... She reworded her conversation "but" it made no difference my 1st bill was right at $150.00 higher than i had agreed on, and their service is worse than any dial-up i have ever used. Except when i contacted them directly for help on restoring my connection!!! I froze up one laptop, and have sent 1000, reports to windows... The server for dsl is a straight out and out liar, thief!!! And they do and charge whatever they please. The service is terriable!!! Danny spann
