I ordered their product. Figured it wouldn't work, but for $1.95 I'd give it a try. Tried it for a week or so, no noticeable result. Spent the next week trying to cancel the thing. Email bounced back. Their online service was never available. Finally called the phone number on my lunch. The man I spoke to said that they would cancel it, but that I needed to return the bottle regardless of whether there was any product left or not. I said fine although it didn't make any sense to me. Truth is, I was distracted and not paying that much attention. He said something about an RMA and said that they would send me something. I put the bottle away and waited for them to "send" me something. Nothing ever came in the mail and I didn't really think about it anymore because they had sent me an email stating that as of May 3, my account was cancelled. Further, they stated that as of that date I would no longer receive any charges or shipments. Clearly, as I'm reading now, it wouldn't have mattered if I had sent their bottle or not. They obviously know that the product is crap. They make all their money charging stupid people like myself.in any case, I had not sent the bottle back and when I next called to complain about the charge, the woman I spoke to said that I had not sent the bottle and the "fine print" said I would be charged. I was very angry and we went around and around about it until I asked to speak to her supervisor. She told me that he would say the same and when I insisted, she put me on hold. When she came back she said that he wanted me to put my complaint in writing and sent it in an email. Obviously that was crap as well, because I've never heard back.
