I wish I would have researched more on this company before I ordered the product. When I ordered the trial size, it was supposed to cost $1.95. Within 2 weeks my credit card was charged $79.99. Then 2 weeks later my credit card was charged another $79.99. When I called to cancel, I was told they would send back the second charge if I sent back the 2nd bottle and paid the postage. That was fine with me but I didn't even receive the second bottle for 2 weeks after they charged my account. When I finally received the 2nd bottle, I immediately returned it according to their specific instructions. I checked the tracking # and found out they received the product on May 9. I waited 2 weeks before I called to find out why they haven't credited my account. I was told it should be taken care of soon. It is now 7 1/2 weeks later and when I call, they put me on hold and after 30 minutes they cut me off!!! I've tried several times and the same thing happens. I wish there was a way to close this company down!!!
