Some of the many items for our new house didn't work out & I tried to return some of them right away but didn't bring the required correct receipt in (not easy receipts to figure out-the whole system is prehistoric, by the way), so I had to come back. My child was sick for a week with a fever just before 60 days was up. When I finally was able to return the items to HL (3 days late) I called and was told (RUDELY) if it is after 60 days, NO RETURN.
Rude (this phone call and other visits) employees, overcharges in the past, & poor customer service. This is a christian company? Not in my book!!
