Day 1: went to direct tv website and found the package I wanted. Between three different reps, I got three different stories about what the package included and costs, which was clearly stated online. I can read, why are you telling me different? Day 2, tech came to install, said couldn't get signal on top of house unless got hd (which was part of the deal to begin with) they sent him with sd. He called rep they said it wasn't free. I decided I had enough and if this was the way customer service was going to be just cancel it. Had a time cancelling, relentlessly trying to change my mind! Rediculous! I do not reccommend DirectTV to anynone. The customer service is horrible. No one is on the same page.
