Don't ever buy from sears - fridge

I erroneously purchased a stove and a fridge from Sears in addition to hiring them to redo my kitchen. Not only was delviery of both pieces delayed for weeks, but when the fridge arrived the salesman measured wrong and it didn't fit into the kitchen. It is now a month later and i am still stuck with the firdge sitting in my living room and hte replacement fridge i ordered from them has yet to arrive. The customer service department continues to change the dates on me - they call me with one date, my husband with another, have my prvious address listed from time to time for the ship to address and then they revert back to my current address. Each call the information changes and the staff is illiterate and indigant about fixing hte problem. I will never ever purchase another thing from Sears as long as i live!
