Sears home kitchen? Or no kitchen!

I purchased a kitchen remodeling done by sears in august. They did a really nice job at ruining my kitchen forever. When the weather is below -10 degrees I have no cold water in my kitchen, no water from the fridge water dispenser and when its -20 and below I dont even have hot water. Nice work sears. Now I have a house I cant even give away. If anyone wants to call sears for home remodeling do yourself a favor and call anyone else.
