Kitchen Remodel Causes No Water in Very Cold Weather

I purchased a kitchen remodeling done by Sears in August. They did a really nice job at ruining my kitchen forever. When the weather is below -10 degrees I have no cold water in my kitchen, no water from the fridge water dispenser and when it's -20 and below I don't even have hot water. Nice work Sears. Now I have a house I can't even give away. If anyone wants to call Sears for home remodeling do yourself a favor and call anyone else.
