No Communication & Won't Return Part or Deposit

This company comes off as being a "nice" company. Not true - not even sure if they have a real shop. I was told the part was ordered. Now I am being told it is backordered... Not true... I called Samsung and the part is readily available. They will not answer phone and then when they do they hang up when you ask for you part and deposit back. I will be calling the sheriffs office next. Stay away from them.
