I called in Nov to have a shelf on my Samsung refrigerator fixed. I was told it was covered. Repair company comes they had the wrong part. I was told they would re-order. I did not hear anything for a month. I called in December and along with the BB customer service rep they ordered the part. (I have an extended warranty) I called back today after 4 another 4 weeks only to be told that the part is not covered which is the reason it was not ordered. I wonder in general that one can give you the correct information. I give up I will never buy anything from BB again. Thet told me after almost 9 weeks that the part is not covered under the warranty. Unbelieavable.
