I am writing this review as I am placed on hold with the service department. I am attempting to pay a bill for service in which I never had, and a modem that they lost. After talking with with a representative who claimed they never received the modem back I was apparently placed in collections and was to contact them regarding the account.

After contacting collections, I was told that AT&T has taken back the account and that I am to handle it with them. As if paying $100 for nothing isn't bad enough, I have spent over 2 hours trying to give them their money... You think they would be quick to take.

If I have to give my phone number one more time to only be transfered or put on hold once again, I am going to just drive their and slap someone in the face.
