Never Received Item Ordered

After emailing Oddolls and confirming Debbie could make me a "Chica" puppet, I pre paid for the item through pay pal on April 24. April 25 she confirmed payment and said it would take 2-3 weeks to create and ship out. I waited patiently and finally on June 9th got a hold of her since I had not received the item yet and she said she forgot about me but would mail it out the next day. June 11th asked for my address and emailed me that she would send me the tracking info. June 24th I still heard nothing. She emailed me back June 24th and said she needed a few more days. Days and weeks have turned into months and now its July 6 and still no puppet, no tracking info, no nothing. I should have received this item no later than May 15th. Then once she realized she over looked me June 9th, per her words just need a few days. Again June 24th just need a few days. So Uuly 6th now. Its been a few days. I am so sadden more than anything else. I was always patient and understanding. I just wanted the puppet.
