Takes Your Money, Never Ships, Impossible to Contact

Placed an order on the site on June 5th, for an item that was specifically noted as "In Stock."

According to their site, orders normally ship within 3 - 4 days and tracking is available upon request.

On June 9th, I started asking for tracking. 6 Emails later, with not a single response, I called their contact phone number.

Nobody answered and the voice mail just said "Mailbox is Full."

I knew something was up then, but I had ordered once before from them (a smaller item) and it went fine.

I sent more emails, no response.

I called again, still "Mailbox is full."

I found an alternative number, called that and actually reached someone who said he would make sure it shipped that day (that was June 14th.

On June 19th, I started asking for tracking - again.

Several more emails, several more phone calls later & still no respone.

On 21st, I received an email saying my item had shipped... But no tracking number.

I emailed back, asking for tracking for this supposed shipment, and actually received a response, saying I'd have tracking within 24 hours.

I finally received a tracking number on June 23rd, but - as of June 25th - that tracking number does not exist in the UPS system (must be a fake).

Nearly 4 weeks of lies, deception and false promises along with an impossible task of actually trying to reach someone who actually works there leads a person to only one conclusion.

They never have and never will ship the item I ordered. Hopefully my Credit Card company can get my money back.

Never, ever, ever buy from ClevelandWholesale.net, they take your money (my card was charged June 5th) and don't ship... Even if they pretend that they did.
