Semprae makes a women's arousal cream Zestra that has been on TV and in many w omen’s magazines. My wife thought she would like to try this product so I ordered her a "FREE TRAIL" package from their web site www.Zestra.com.

My wife was disappointed in the product, but even more so when a large box appeared a week later. Then credit card was billed for over fifty dollars. I called the company and told them to cancel all orders and asked for a RMA. I was told I didn't need one and just keep the product.

This month the credit card shows the same charge and I was told it was because I didn't return the product within thirty days. Now it's my turn to take action by forwarding this to the Massachusetts Attorney General office.

The last time I did this the company was fined and banned from doing business Massachusetts ever again.

DON'T TRUST THIS WEB SITE "ZESTRA.com OR ANY OF THEIR REPS ON THE PHONE - and my wife says the product suck too.
