I placed my order in the morning. I had an emergency, so i wanted to cancel my order after midnight. I still had the option to cancel-i had an email proving that. I was ignored til minday evening, saying i couldn't cancel my order because it was already shipped. There are no deliveries on sundays. My bank disputed it. I also contacted the better business bureau, the federal trade center, and the internet crime complaint center (ice.) i did get my money back. The better business bureau did investigate them. I never did receive those 2 books. This isn't a respectable website like people say it is. I wanted to take these people to court. Thank you.
