Hello. I am living currently in Belfast. I ordered a plasma TV from
cheap-tv-deals. I paid $1211.40 for the tv $81 for shipping costs. I paid for everything by MoneyGram.
I was asked to pay another $605 for china taxes as well. I told them that I want to cancel my transaction and asked for a refund because it was not a part of a deal. They told me that it is not possible and they won't give my money back. They have mentioned that my article is in their customs office and if I pay the tax charges the item will be relesed and send straightaway to me.
I send them tax as well and I were waiting for my goods. As you suspect they have never arrived. I started send them a lot of e-mails but with no response because they ended all communication. I am wondering is there any chance to get my money back from them.
